Instead of getting upset over and over about things that I just can’t seem to analyze yet again on a deeper level (thank you, upper-level ENC classes, for stripping me of creativity and optimism), I’m going to resort to posting other things that also, in a sense, go over my head.
Primarily, to follow-up my Bill Cunningham post a few weeks back, I am in love with wide-brimmed hats of all sizes and colors. My favorite, of course is chic black, not unlike the ones Rachel Zoe can be seen rockin’ at all hours, but I don’t mind a nice camel or red felt either.

One of my favorite trends for Spring 2012, like most other directors on Clutch, was the sporty-themed runways. Tons of athletics-inspired accessories came out of it, too: bowling bags, fantastic sunglasses, etc..but by far, my #1 was the translucent plastic sport visors. Here’s a great example, found at ASOS. In a cheery orange, no less!

The next comes as a shock to even me, because I’d have no idea where to wear this piece other than the occasional stumbling-upon of a rave or disco. Nevertheless, I give you the Spirithood. It’s cozy, faux fur, and even has little paw pockets for your mitts in case you get frosty. Also, the fur that I present as an example here makes you look like a mini-husky (symbolizing braveness, loyalty, and adventurousness), so that’s a plus…I think.

Don’t judge me. Husky hood by SpiritHoods, $130.
And I will end this headwear post with one simple question…one with an even simpler answer.
Q: Remember that one time you thought I was over turbans?
A: Me too. Mehehehehehehehee!
